Hi all,
I'm integrating phpBB3 3.0.2 with mediawiki 1.12.0, but when I login mediawiki show this error:

Check your Host, Username, and Password settings.

It looks like the plug-in is having a problem connecting to mysql. Odd thing is its not displaying the mysql error #. So I am not sure what is wrong. Are you using php5 and if so do you have mysql or mysqli support? It seems like when the plug-in tries to call the mysql connect call there is a php failure. Maybe your php install was not compiled with mysql support.

Anyways that my guess.

Is your php compiled with the mysql extension?

By default php5 comes with mysqli and not mysql. (If I remember correctly)
